(3) External audit on air quality monitoring facilities installed in the buffer zone of the special industrial area. (4) Environmental Protection Bureau has established eight CCTV monitoring systems in the surrounding of outlying islands industrial zone so far. These eight separate monitoring systems are integrated to the central monitoring systems via CMS (Content Management System). Through the integration, Environmental Protection Bureau is able to control the real-time status of outlying islands industrial zone and establish the complete network of live monitoring. (5) As for service information, we provide link between monitoring data and the data of offshore industrial park, establish offshore industrial park environmental monitoring sites, and assist the general public to enquire the environmental monitoring data and environmental messages of offshore industrial park. Implemented 22-time monthly maintenance on digital signage. The App is integrated into the central connection monitoring server, and be updated and maintained regularly. The first educational training workshop was held on September 30th, and it aimed on “emergency responding system” operation.
