Accomplished 38 units, 50 site visits and eight check ＆ return counsel(abbreviation of 甲), 16 tracking counsel(abbreviation of 乙) and 26 training counsel(abbreviation of 丙) .Evaluate the conditions of facility sites and enhance the class programs, management proposals, certified guides, applications arrangement and documents preparation. The evaluate consults are two for continuous observation, nineteen for potentials, eleven for progressing positively and six for ready to hand.
