1. Create a friendly urban environment (top grade) recommended area selection
To organize 1 recommended area selection, Dajia District, North District, Heping District and Wufeng District these 4 administrative areas are participate in the selection, having a report and investigate, finally decided Wufeng District as Taichung City recommended administrative area.
2. Create a friendly urban environment (top grade) recommended area detailed planning matters
2.1 There are 11 related investigations and discussions of the Wufeng District have been organized, which are discussed on community environment improvement, cleaning management and there’s cultures or stories. And drafted a detail planning report according to the content of the discussion, contents includes: site planning, situation analysis, environmental sanitation sustainable criteria, theme and operation method, budget, quality management, and etc. The EPA has approved and printed 5 copies of the detailed planning reports.
2.2 Invite 8 members of project group to review the first draft of the detailed planning report once, the members concluded that the quality management, necessity, suitability, autonomy, and etc. should have more description, to complete a draft detailed report planning according to the review of the members. The EPA has approved and printed 5 copies of the detailed planning reports.
3. To cooperate with the EPA on selection of “Establish friendly urban environment
3.1 To cooperate with EPA and have a discussion meeting, and to produce a copy of the Wufeng District report. Need to printed the report and presentation 25 copies each.
3.2 With the participation of the EPA in a discussion meeting, participating units a total of 13 counties and cities, the final, Wufeng District won the shortlisted preferred administrative district.
4. To work with EPA Establish a Friendly Urban Environment on selection surveys, reviewing detailed planning report and related administrative matters.
4.1. To cooperate with the EPA to have an investigation meeting, the agendas of the meeting include 12 candidate for Wufeng District, explain the indicators to improve the position, including the Wufeng community environment, Wufeng public market, Guang Fu Village and other places. Will amend the detailed planning report according to the EPA’s opinions and printed 15 copies.
4.2 The EPA announced a total of five counties and cities in the country, Taichung City, one of the area was selected, the subsidy of 20 million. Follow-up assistance to promote the group meeting a total of 2 games, the meeting discussed the main content of the Wufeng District 2017 to create a friendly urban and rural areas of the division of labor and for the EPA 2018 to discuss the practice of subsidies.
