(4)Organized 4 best operating practice demonstrations for the relevant workers of the local governments’ kitchen waste and bulk waste recycling plants;
(5)Completed the establishment of matching system among local public implementation agencies and private sector, and development of common supply contract language for bulk waste recycling and reuse, in order to encourage the participation of private enterprise and integrate available private and public resources;
(6)Completed the practical implementation plan to gradually increase annual kitchen waste composting ratio;
(7)Completed the environmental, economic and social benefit analyses for local governments’ bulk furniture waste repairing and auctioning activities;
(8)Assisted in the update and maintenance of EPA’s kitchen waste and bulk waste resource recycling system and web pages (both Chinese and English versions);
(9)Complied and established the county/city kitchen waste composting plants’ intermediate and finished products’ testing and analytical results, and provided recommendations on quality improvement;
(10)Completed tracking of current status of private sector’s voluntary kitchen waste composting facilities;
