This can create a four-way win situation for livestock farming, agriculture farming, agricultural enterprise, and water environment. Visiting livestock farmers, farmer association, local officers, and farming dealers and extending related policies including difficulty of collecting digestate are about 940 documents. There were 16 single-windows in counties and cities, 10 propaganda seminars, and 3 demonstration seminars for digestate farmland application carried out in 2018. Moreover, there were 10 application forms for digestate farmland applications, 22 wastewater management propaganda seminars, and 830 declaration documents for wastewater management completed.
