Other achievements and suggestion include:
(1) After lowering the limits from 2nd stage to 3rd stage, the averaged noise level, recorded during type approval test. Show a clear trend to be quieter in moving noise, but nor do the stationary noise. One should consider to tight the limit value for stationary noise in order to low down the trend curve.
(2) Some EPB member pay many efforts in the road-side noise check this year. Especially the EPB member of Tai-chung county got great achievement, they deserved some promotion. But some EPB members still don’t have enough people nor budget. They need some support to set up the basic capacity.
(3) For the COP control, we keep to check the variation between the COP test result and the type approval test result.
