種子品質檢查除仰賴檢查人員專業知識與豐富經驗外，完善的儀器設備亦有助於確保種子品質並提升檢查效率，進而降低農作物生產風險。本計畫採購立體顯微鏡、分樣器、電子天平、鏡檢台、防潮箱、實驗桌，建立細小種子潔淨度檢測流程，並經兩位新進同仁進行盲樣測試，結果顯示，對於缺乏分析經驗的同仁，可遵循新建立之檢測流程快速上手，大幅縮短水稻室內檢查時間。

The quality of seed testing is based on not only well-experienced professional inspectors to ensure the seed quality, but also well-found equipment which improve efficiency of testing to reduce the risk of crop production.
