To support the policy of the permission control measures of prone to noise emission facility advanced by EPA, this project performed some assistant measures continuously, including: draft of “Measurement sound power for construction facility” and “Measurement sound power level for fixed noise source” , seven set of sound power for construction facilities and cooling towers were measured. The drafts of announcement for “The first batch” and “The second batch” of prone to noise emission facilities were proposed.
