The total customer service case is 14,196, namely more than 1,050 per month. In addition, to fulfill the public’s expectation to increase the government’s efficiency, the CSRC assisted the integration between the EPA (Environmental Protection Administration) and the MOL (Ministry of Labor); building up the “one-stop window” for registration. Finally, the “FAQ101” and the “Guidance for new and existing chemical substances registration” is completed, providing users a clear reference.
Conferences and illustration meetings: The conference, which experts in relevant fields participated, was held to establish the unified principle for reviewing.
