According to the research results administered in 2012, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that they would modify the cancer influence rating of the emissions from diesel vehicles from very likely (2A Group)to certain (1Group). Of the composition of the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles, the effect of the particles is extremely high. To alleviate the effects of the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles on air quality and human body, the main tasks of this project is to implement the inspection of the diesel vehicles and its related promoting work.
