And we collect resources management status and the opinion from other sector as reference of amendment by industry survey, expert meeting and interview with other sectors.
After analysis about Resource Recycling Act, we advance the necessary of amendment in short term, and we suggest to plan in the way of industrial symbiosis circulation chain in long term. In the other hand, we adjusted Scope of management, new registration check, adjustment reporting requirements, etc. And we also suggested that some doubtful renewable resources should be managed by Waste Disposal Act.
About incentive, we reviewed all related regulation, we suggest to restart excellent performance praise regulation, extending announcement project of first priority to buy. We also propose draft amendment to the fiscal and tax credit, after tax expenditures assessment, we found there’s positive effect in this draft amendment. We proposing 5 strategies to promote source management. And we can achieve our targets about completing Resource Recycling Act and extending applicability by way of we suggest previously.
