There were total 214 major abnormal events which contributed 95.96% of the project’s total major abnormal events. In the other hand, the minor abnormal events were mainly the machinery malfunctions. There were total 111 minor abnormal events which accounted for 54.95% of the project’s total minor abnormal events. The accounting auditing for the recycling facilities showed no major abnormal events. During the project period, foundation of Taiwan industry service carried out 6 field inspections for the application of a newly set up recycling facility. The scoring penalty for the recycling facilities was counted total 105 points.
