The planning of the system and data, studies highlight the system development for the purpose of improving the efficiency review, excluding that the DSS should be changed to environmental management information system, a focus on data freshness, completeness, correctness, and integrate real-time, interactive, spatial of the online system should be developed. System table contains standard instructions found online, integrated KPI of case management system, and systems dynamics model of the assessment methods etc.. In order to follow-up development, in addition to planning for different stages of EIA system types, content, and other factors of the system functions, and that such information should also include database, tools library (Pattern Library), case base, knowledge base etc..
