(2) At least set up river garbage bar screens at more than 9 locations: Completed river garbage bar screens at 5 locations on September 8, 2018, i.e. Luliao drainage, Hutsai internal drainage, Chiayi northern drainage, Houchuang direct drainage 1 and Central drainage; besides, completed bar screens at 4 locations on September 10, 2018, i.e. Pimachiao drainage, Minghsiung Industrial Park drainage, Chiayi western drainage and Houchuang Direct drainage 2. Afterwards, the Luntsaiting Ditch drainage (Hsintsun drainage) in the Pachang River basin and Toukang branch in the Putzai River Basin were found the hot zone of river garbage in this city upon the river tour-inspection. (3) Tour-inspection twice a week for each river drainage, regional drainage into the river and rainfall drainage: Number of tour-inspection in total 44 on the frequency of twice a week was completed in the planned tour-inspection locations to search any place on the river and banks where there’re plenty of clearable drifter, garbage and water hyachinth waste.
(4) At least clear river garbage more than twice a month: The project tour-inspection was conducted in drainage basin where river garbage bar screens were set up at 11 locations by the city, including 5 times of clearance for Chungyi dike road side ditch in the Pachang River basin, 5 times for Hutsai internal drainage, 1 time for Luliao drainage, 3 times for Taokang Branch in Putze river basin, 2 times for Pimachiao drainage, 2 times for Minhsiung Industrial Park drainage, 2 times for Chiayi northern drainage, 2 times for Chiayi western drainage, 1 time for Houchuang direct drainage and 1 time for Niuchou River dike road, totaling clearance of 129.9 tons in 24 places. All garbage was carried to Chenghsi Crematory for disposal, with achieving rate about 37%.
