1. monitoring groundwater quality periodically：According to the analytical result of groundwater samples of 16 monitoring wells, NH4+, As, Pb are higher than Groundwater Pollution Monitoring Standards, especially for MW-4(NEW), the both analytical results of lead are higher than Groundwater Pollution Monitoring Standards. These monitoring wells should keep investigating.
2. Maintenance of 20 monitoring wells: It includes exterior inspection, repairs and environmental cleanup for each well. The function of monitoring to each well is still workable.
3. Inspection and cleanup of 4 monitoring wells: Using purge air into the tube of well to remove sediments for cleanup. Then, using video camera to record interior the tube of well to check out the result of cleanup.
4. Monitoring quality of farmland periodically: According to the analytical results, the concentration of Arsenic in 5 farmland blocks is exceeds to Soil Pollution Monitoring Standards. These blocks should keep being monitored next year.
5.Management of underground storage tanks system (USTS) enterprise: Included to review the data via on-line applying and site audit of USTS, which 1 station audit on-site have accomplished. The major fault is the difference between document and actual situation of site. Such fault would inform to owner, then ask to correct the fault in specified duration to follow up for improvement.
6.The audit of the land of enterprise: Which is officially announced by the central competent authority. At present, there is no such site has been identified. Therefore, the funding of this plan has transferred to use for soil and groundwater investigation partially.
7.Propaganda and promotion: The propaganda of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Act was held at CPC Chiayi branch on May 30, 2018, it made participants understood more about Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation.
8.Designing soil and groundwater propagandistic products via public selection: The application can use hand-painted or graphic software; the guidelines have been posted on bulletin board in school. Radio broadcast and LED walls and marquees process after the relevant publicity materials are approved.
9.Telling stories about the conservation of soil and groundwater: By telling stories and playing shows to make children understand easily the importance of soil and groundwater resources conservation easily.
10.Regular inspection of pollution-controlled sites: 4 pollution-controlled sites and 1 pollution-remediated site need to monthly check. Abnormal condition and illegal behavior are not found according to monthly check. These records input to Soil and Groundwater Management Information System (SGM system) for reference.
11.Emergent Plan and Execution: one event completed, which was Zhongxing Road gas station started the emergency operation. At present, two tracking and checking operations completed. The results of the two tracking results showed that the oil gas detection concentration of the soil gas monitoring well and the soil gap gas quantitative analysis results did not exceed the standard.
12.Assisted the EPB, CYC reviewed the soil pollution assessment survey and inspection data of the soil and groundwater pollution remediation laws of 8th and 9th. At the end of this project, there were 3 submissions for review, the document upload to SGM system.
