Diesel vehicle control operation
Statistics is calculated till December 31st, 2018, completing 2,530 diesel vehicle inspections, 16,965 vehicles for visual inspection and license plate identification, 605 vehicles for visual inspection of smoke, and 1,240 vehicles for roadside inspections, reaching 512 cars. In order to strengthen the control of high-pollution vehicles, the project strengthened the implementation of roadside inspection and inspection operations. The number of inspections was as many as 142 times. The main inspection targets were mainly 1-3rd-phase vehicles, and the inspection was carried out in conjunction with the control of air quality maintenance zone. The vehicle were inspected with the interception operation, and the unqualified rate dropped from 23.4% in 2016 to 9.7%, without any tour bus failing. In addition, the newly added air quality area includes Liudui cultural parks (403 km from the 1st high way) and the Aboriginal Cultural Park (25.5 km from the 24th high way), of which 403 km from the Highway 1st, although the exhaust inspection of the tour buses is qualified, the total unqualified rate of outbound road freight vehicles reached 22.1%, which is too high.
Illegal oil inspection
When the project is combined with the diesel vehicle plan to detect on the roadside and in the power station, the oil product inspection is carried out on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis, and samples are tested for abnormal color or odor. The statistical plan began on December 31st, 2018. There were 793 vehicles in the roadside inspection and 116 samples obtained. The power station inspected 1,825 vehicles and 34 samples. The total number of inspections was 2,618 and 150 samples, of which one oil was not qualified for its sulfur content.
Diesel vehicle insurance- and inspection-in-one
The project carried out inspection visits to certified maintenance factories and four consultant visits to analyze the return rate of the vehicles from the station inspection to the certification maintenance factory, and explained the relevant control contents after the amendment of the air pollution law this year, and hoped the maintenance factory encourages the vehicle owner to install the certified smoke filter; on November 15th, the relevant maintenance test was carried out at the certified maintenance factory. The operator using the opacimeter was only 0.1m away from the regulation including Pingtung Bus and Hongcheng injectors. On the other hand, Changyuan Automobile and Yuyi Automobile, which use paper filter smoke meters, exceed the standard deviation by 3%. On the site, recommendation is also provided for the operators to replace the testing equipment.
Diesel vehicle quality control and management
This year, TAF has completed the evaluation of the extension on March 23rd, 2018. For the quality, technical committee members has mentioned the flaw of 3B2C. All have completed correction and the certification was extended. The TAF certificate was extended to May 15th, 2022. As for the national correlation test, due to the absence of 2 points from the national standard record, demerit was recorded and 1 point was recorded for exceeding the warning, so the retest was done for testing.
