The best progress prize in first and second group had no qualified county and city. Therefore the award was vacant. Taitung County obtained the best progress prize in the third group.
This plan was also a continuation of the image of resource recycling spirit transformation, the goal of assistance in transacting related counseling, and the work of information collection. The assisting execution in 2007 focused on the plan of image transforming; therefore, the local Environmental Protection Bureaus showed a great performance in this respect. In the area of recycling businesses, Environmental Protection Bureaus assisted the recycling manufacturers on beautifying the outer walls, adjusting the factory outers and inner routes to integrate the local landscape. In the area of individual recycling manufacturers, the safety equipment that Environmental Protection Bureaus provides to individual manufacturer included reflective vests, helmets, carts, tricycles and so on. The purpose of these equipment is promoting the safety of collecting operation.
