exchange and sharing, upgrade data circulation and composition
efficiency, and provide frequently used software tool for the
installation of staff.
b. The hard disk of department (Y disk): Handle department (office)
data storage and sharing; moreover, install department (office)
homepage.
c. Personal hard disk (Z disk): Handle personal data backup; also, the
substitute staff within the department may access to the backup file by
data sharing to avoid any job delay due to the absence of staff.
The constructed for the benefit of data summary, accumulation, and sharing;
also, allow the staff of the Environmental Protection Administration access to the
data inside and outside the office for benefits of:
