The Google Maps also helped corresponding organization, group, or local EPB drawing the ground checking map and planned the cleaning route. Once cleaning route and the ground checking map were made, patrol logs and cleaning boxes were set. A performance evaluating system was also established. “Space” is the concept to design this system. Organization, group, or individual are the roles to carry out the cleaning task. Their performances were evaluated and reported as “points”. More points earned by organization, group, or individual living in a specific area means cleaner the area achieved. Results were reported in the users’ blogs. In addition, 8 training sessions of how to use this web page as information exchange platform were held and advertisements were posted on the Internet and the print media.
