Through the web, provided the function of download including the application forms and necessary documentation. The management information system of the project included the application data, examination and verification data, subsidy management data. In order to except the duplication of applications by the regulation, the automatic alarm function was designed in the system, the occurrence of applicant identification, bicycle plate number duplication, the system would deliver the alarm message, and the data would not be accepted in the beginning of data input step.The E-subsidy application system has done in Feb.(2015). This project also demonstrated the distributors operating E-subsidy application. In addition, the project has finished the system and proposed on-site validation plan for the policy of uniform battery.
