Local should be given priority to re-use activities, including treasure maps, campus flea markets and exchange exhibition stations, and perform unusable items re-use and planning local promotion guidelines. It also analyzed the point of promotion from the foreign and domestic food waste reduction in consumer, and suggested the Food 3D Action to make the reduction measures such as food source reduction, redistribution and circulation, processing value added and recycling for creating the way of 100% food use and zero kitchen waste.In the sorting and recycling, this project developed the operating procedure of discriminating in the cleaning and recycling from the general waste and reviewed the due recycled general waste of executive organ. Among the papers, irons, aluminum, glass and plastics that are not classified as due recycled waste, due to high recycling value and mature treatment technology, it proposed the management that can be announced for re-use to promote recycling and sound operational management.This project also counseled local to perform general waste cleaning fee and fund application reporting, and analyzed the status of the previous report to propose the system report problem and correct the proposal.
