To achieve the goal of system promotion, we conducted nine training sessions for system operation. To protect the confidentiality of the information data, mainframe computer is upgraded and moved into safer place. Information database language is changed from MS-SQL2000 to MS-SQL2005. Obsolete computers are replaced. Personnel for emergency response are standby all the time to handle any unpredictable accidental event.
