In this fiscal year, we matched columns in systems in Ministry of Justice and Judicial Yuan and completed the automated import of final prosecutions and final decisions on criminal cases, respectively, to help the submission end and the management end to instantaneously obtain the progression status of cases.
4.We made it a function to improve the effectiveness of inspection
In this fiscal year, based on the reporting logic of public statistics, we mapped the reports from the three primary battalions into a common column definition and developed reports for combination queries. This can reduce the amount of time needed to cross examine their reports, lower error rates, and elevate the quality of human resources utilization.
5.System training and promotion
In this fiscal year, we hosted six training sessions and five meetings of system administrators. We additionally provided training courses for other business units to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their operations.
