Data Center Consolidation and Management Guidelines Planning Report: Based on consolidation strategies, future MENR data center site, consolidation SOW and schedules, network and backbone rationalization, security mechanism, management guidelines and operation outsourcing requirements were developed.
5. Shared e-Mail Services for MENR Report: Based on IT base line study and gap analysis for MENR consolidated agencies, shared email services architecture, security framework as well as service management procedures for the future MENR were analysed and recommended.
6. Website Consolidation and Portal for MENR Preparatory Office Planning Report: This report developed website consolidation evaluation criteria, consolidation alternatives, schedules as well as SOW. Content management mechanism, data interchange standard as well as search functions for MENR Preparatory Office portal were also be featured.
7. MENR IT Profession Competency Advancement Planning Report: This report developed IT competency framework for MENR, tailored professional development plans and training mechanisms. Feasible advancement programs were recommended.
