The cleanliness has gradually enhanced nationwide, indicating that locals have made endeavors to maintain the environment cleanliness. Particularly in recent years, internationalization has been promoted, leading to sightseeing places and urban areas making efforts for environment protection to enhance Taiwan’s overall city looks, such as coastal cleanup, river course dredging, open area plantation, and streets renovation. During the execution of project plans, some items were observed that should be improved, such as litter, bulk garbage, and small advertisements, above which are considered most serious issues.
