analysis and future development plans for the New Environmental
Protection Welfare Society of New Taipei City for the current situation, not
only inviting 10 public(united) associations of the recycling soaps within the
jurisdiction have joined, but also tried to join the hypermarket
merchandisers to develop the market of group purchases. It also proposed
the project of recycling soaps to current environmentally friendly hotels to
reduce the amount of waste generated in the lodging industry. In this (2018)
year, 12 hoteliers and one restaurant were invited to join the
environmentally friendly hotel and star-rated environmental restaurant
program to enhance the energy of environmentally friendly accommodation
and environmentally friendly restaurants. We also offer the counseling
services for four travel industry applicants to apply for the environmental
label of the service industry. One of the applicants has applied for a golden
grade of the environmental hotel. We also implemented the maintenance
counseling for green stores, and volunteered to provide the guidance of
green procurement amount with private enterprise groups, and gradually
increase the amount of private green procurement.
In accordance with the work of environmental protection volunteers, we
were not only to assist the environmental volunteers in the use of the
assessment of the needs of the unit assessment, the service also included
continuous counseling for environmental volunteers to use the system
operation, counseling and evaluation materials and environmental
protection volunteers' conference development. We also handled relevant
education and training, contact report and on-site counseling, and enhances
