To assure mercury sampling and analyzing capability, the project completed a quality assurance project plan (QAPP) and obtained good results by collaborating with US EPA in mercury sample matching analysis. Furthermore, the project completed an extensive evaluation on mercury emission control technology in terms of technology status, equipment cost, technology potential and control efficiency.
