This report details the results of this project. Analysis and comparison of the precautionary measures of Switzerland, Italy and Israel were done for the purpose of providing recommendations for the domestic uses. Referring to the latest international technical document and the results of experiments, the existing environmental electromagnetic wave measurement method was amended. In the modified method, the measurement methods of 2G, 3G, WiMAX and Wi-Fi are included and a method to estimate the field strength at the maximum traffic of 2G and 3G base stations is also provided. In the research of radar electromagnetic wave measurement, five copies of the international document related to the radar wave measurement technology were collected and analyzed.
