There was another case (no registration and no fee payment) transferred from other county, which was then reviewed and answered.3.A seminar was announced on October 12, 2017 regarding the statutory regulations on recyclable waste responsible entities and waste recycling companies.(III)Recycling performance evaluation1.Acounty-scale meeting on preliminary evaluation was held on May 17, 2017, accommodating the district recycling rates and recycling performance appraisals into the preliminary evaluation plan, which was then submitted to the central government’s Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) by June 1, 2017.2.A series of resident counseling sessions in the districts were given from August 24 thru September 8, 2017, explaining the county-scale preliminary evaluation plan, with which site surveys were conducted on the 16th and 17th of October, 2017.3.Incollaboration with the logistic stations of local farmers’ cooperatives, exchange of pesticide waste containers and packages was held from January thru October, 2017, and the exchanged items weighed a total of 223kg.(IV)Recycle image transformation1.There are 32 individual recyclers listed and supervised under the competent authority, all of which were counseled and surveyed on a quarterly basis.
