Besides, this project also assisted in completing 6 sessions of counseling, including 3 in Yunlin County, 2 in Pingtung County, and 1 in Hualien County, and assisted in the estimation of the bulk purchase rate of anaerobic fermentation equipment. In addition, monthly rolling tracking was carried out for the subsidized tank trucks and storage barrels, and the actual maintenance and transportation conditions were summarized.
In order to discuss the current issues and suggestions on the promotion of resource utilization of animal husbandry, this plan handled 3 organizing symposiums and 1 meeting for the suspension of irrigation research. In addition to the bottlenecks and suggestions for the promotion of resource utilization in various counties and cities, it also focuses on the application process, suspension of excessive irrigation, and the new regulations on the autonomy of livestock farms.
