Through the intensive supervision task forces during the year, the developer has been able to meet the requirement of EIA commitments. The EPA is always kept informed and can deal with relevant regulations and laws when abnormal circumstances occurred. Finally, this project comes up with five recommendations as follows to the committee:
1.The surveillance experience suggests that it is needed to establish key point, each season and to audit on the spot monthly.
2. The surveillance should follow immediately after the development plan carries out, and then the EPA carries on the surveillance in EIA commitments and conclusions.
3. It is very essential to implement environmental monitoring plan and then response to the construction and operation phases of the environmental impact in time.
4. The EIA surveillance committee should have functions to comment and to play the role of solving related problems, in order to promote the implementation of EIA regulations.
5.
