Concerning the information needs of Emergency Response Team, the project also developed a map monitor function to find the tracking of accident vehicle, solving the situation in which there is no license plate number inform the supervisor when an accident happens. Otherwise toxic chemical substances transportation inspection should be enlarged, so the project including the work of researching and planning a transportation inspection program, and adjusting inspection rules according to the response of the Environmental Protection Bureaus.
