We also inspected 129 complained plants and accomplished 20028 copies of questionnaire. Besides, we checked season reports and environmental news of each local EPB, and assisted air pollution control committee to hold 6 air basin forums and 25 on-site inspections in the local EPB.
In revising the “Auditing Rules for Effects of Local EPB’s State Implementation Plan in 2008”, we adjusted the weight percentage of some index, modified the auditing rules slightly, and increased add-decrease units.
