Regarding accident prevention and preparedness, we have conducted 328 in-plant reviews of toxic chemical substances handling facilities, 160 tests of no-warning in-plant tests, 4 workshops of mobilization, 42 seminars of laws and regulations briefing, and 6 group training of industrial joint response task forces. In addition, 97 drills incorporate with local environmental authorities concerning anti-terrorism and environmental accidents are performed along with 576 hazard prevention and emergency response plans are reviewed.
