Participants in environmental protection activities such as street cleaning, recycling, Earth Day initiatives, beach cleaning, or conferences on environmental education will receive stamps in their environmental passbooks from the organizers. After receiving stamps for participation in 200 activities, volunteers will receive a bronze medal. Volunteers who join in 500 and 1,000 activities will receive silver and gold medals respectively. The chance to win recognition from the Mayor, County Governor, or the EPA Administrator will motivate people to actively pursue volunteer opportunities.
