The above analysis results define the purpose and scope of management of commonality management of waste recycling and complete the material flow data analysis of common waste using waste rubber as an example.2.In line with the needs of actual integration and management, the project completed the proposal of Draft Measures for the Commonality Industrial Waste Recycling Management Regulations ,by analyzing the current operation and management of the industry and pursuant to Article 39-1 of the Waste Disposal Act The new clause provides, for the proposal to reclaim for the Products of reused wastes which are intended for land reclamation or which may be harmful to the environment or human, and to completed the proposal of Draft announcement for The flow tracking carrying on the Recycled Products for Industrial Wastes .Related regulations and announcement to promote the promotion of commonality industrial waste recycling products integrated management, and strengthen the tracking of product reuse management to prevent inappropriate use of endanger the environment.3.In view of the domestic sources, recycling organizations and sales targets of commonality recycling industrial wastes, the project has completed the compilation of inspection and record reports of 62 representative organizations, including 10 sources of production , 45 recycling organizations and 7 product sales targets, and completed the sampling and examinung of 24 sub-related wastes or products and the related declaration and inspection results. Through inspection and counseling to understand the actual operation of the relevant reuse and problems, in addition to the relevant industry to promote the legal system and the exchange of views on issues, also for re-use of technology, product quality, use and flow and other issues, Results review comments to repay policy directives.4.Apart from revising the system of hearing and exchanging laws and decrees with ministries and commissions and the industry, the project had convened two expert consultation sessions to discuss issues such as management approach and material flow analysis.
