1.Monitor background and passing-by NV alongside the HSRT at 78 selected sites and 11 complaint points for noise measurements and 20 selected sites for vibration measurements to establish the data base of NV of HSRT. This data base can provide a reference for drawing up the rules of NV control of HSRT.
2.Establish the identification technique of the clustering sources of NV alongside the HSRT. This technique can provide the guideline for coping with the later NV appealing events from the residents.
3.Establish the database of background environmental vibration to provide a reference for later harmonizing the appealing events.
