This study has also expanded the Emission Control Cost and Health Database, creating a database with 5 areas from the year 2010, to improve the system’s multifunctionality and ease of use.This study major work objective is to combine database from the three years, and to aid the Environmental Protection Agency in properly using Air Benefit and Control Assessment System, (ABaCAS) database to analyze central Taiwan control cost, air quality and health benefits. By using TEDS9.0 to standardize data in 2013, the central area cost database could be updated and upgraded, to allow valid cost control analysis. Thus, with the 2013 air quality simulation and database being linked to cities to exercise proper control policies, it is possible to do even more detailed health assessment.
