Concerning the information needs of Emergency Response Team, the project developed the response procedure, designed notified objects, input phone numbers for the emergency notification system according to the new GPS specification, and planned the mechanism of excluding the misjudgment event. Otherwise toxic chemical substances transportation inspection should be enlarged, so the project developed function for the system according to the transportation inspection program, developed scoring function for the performance, and adjusted inspection rules according to the response of the Environmental Protection Bureaus.
