2. Control of vehicle regular inspection station
The county has established 83 vehicle regular inspection stations. At present, it has completed 830 station-times regular inspection audit and actual vehicle secret inspection of 83 regular inspection stations. Besides, in order to promote the inspection personnel quality of regular inspection station, it has held 2 inspection personnel educational trainings during this plan period, to deliver the latest notice of Environmental Protection Administration and Environmental Protection Bureau, and effectively promote the inspection and service quality of vehicle regular inspection station of the county.
3. Promote obsoleting of two-stroke vehicle
The county has 10,138 two-stroke vehicles. According to regular inspection condition and conform scrapped qualification, this plan shall divided the two-stroke vehicle into receiving regular inspection、not receiving regular inspection and scrapped, and establish the different promote program according to the characteristics of different ethnic groups. Collect statistics to the end of December, the county has totally obsoleted 3,107 vehicle-times two-stroke vehicle, two-stroke vehicle has registered vehicle address remaining 3.5%, ranked third in the country.
4. Relevant advocacy
In order to advocate and promote vehicle regular inspection and low-pollution vehicle, this plan held 6 advocacy activities, and printed 1,000 advocacy product、500 advocacy post、3,000 advocacy brochure and 180 advocacy flags.
5. Advocacy and inspection of idling stop
For the purpose of reducing the pollution caused when idling, this plan appointed the personnel to the general road, market, parking lot, rest station and scenic spot to advocate and inspect the idling stop. At present, it has completed advocate the idling stop of 4,208 vehicles when stopping
