Compared to last year, the air pollution fee declarations increased 271 cases, governed construction sites added 1,194 places, and the rate of governed inspection decreased 7% in this year. Further, add one inspection team and inspection times; construction sites which were multi-disassembled will be attached multi serial numbers in order to improve under-governed rate.The project implementation results are as follows. Governed construction sites are 5,170 places and the amount of inspection for building sites are 7,439 times; sites information collected during routine inspection was created files on schedule;5 construction site pollution consultations were held. Constructors (44 sites) were encouraged to join the adopt-a-road program. The street cleaning operation was completed 42,366.49 kilometers, and TSP volume was reduced 584.66 tons. The innovative approach of this year is resource recycling and reuse which the construction materials and exposed area covered with waste advertising canvases in under construction area. This method gets good response, covered area is about to 2,969 m2, and pollution reduction rate is 58%. In order to achieve the goal of making the worksite fences creatively decorative as well as decreasing the carbon-emission, the Yunlin County Air Pollution Management Ordinance For Specific Constructions has been approved by the County Affairs Meeting at March of this year.
