Economic impacts:The influence of the whole industry is 0.005912%. and for the whole economics is 0.104%. Regulation implementation:The paint industry control was divided into 3 aspects to stipulate VOC content standards. For the semiconductor air pollutant emission, used the single stack emission standard and took arsenic into consideration at the same time. The meetings:In the first meeting, the air pollutants emission calculation for the semiconductor industry went back to mass balance; for the second meeting, it improved the correction of risk and economic analyses. For the technology transfer meeting, it improved the VOCs approval and review skill level of local authority.
