Two innovative reporting functions (the widely praised historical manifest reference function and the batch monthly reporting function) were added to provide fast and accurate reporting services. The project adopted user suggestions to integrate reporting and permit expiration reminder services, effectively reminding users of deadlines and improving the self-management of product sources. To track the sales flow of recycled products and the situation of over-receipt by recyclers, this project established a function in the RMS to report the use of product sales flow and inquiry reports. This function also provided product tracking and waste clearance/reuse organizations with product production, sales, and inventory information to strengthen the management of recycled product flow. For expanding the list of the GPS clearance and transport machinery, this project completed the third phase list expansion. Information on more than 14,700 GPS clearance and transport machines nationwide was updated and monitored. The system hardware and software were established for the expanded list. This project adjusted functions, such as indicating route deviation warning, simplifying malfunction reporting, and weekly record verification. This project also assisted environmental protection agencies and waste disposal enterprises in optimizing system functions and improving operation efficiency. This project provided a toll-free service hotline for inquiries on industrial waste. On average, 3,001 inquiries per month were received regarding permit applications, reporting, and system operation. This project also continuously updated the FAQ section to provide a comprehensive knowledge base for industrial waste management. To provide more professional consultation services, a customer satisfaction poll on the consultation hotline was conducted in October, and 96.6% of respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with the consultation services. To improve system information security, this project ensured system operation by conducting independent information security audits, verifying database schedules regularly, and monitoring abnormalities every month. In April, July, and October, this project conducted system vulnerability scanning in cooperation with the EPA. No significant risk issue was identified.
