In addition, totally 17 proposal application were evaluated including 12 revised and 10 under-review proposals. The improvement of proposals processing and management were also conducted by important item lists and consistent procedures; (5) The five expert and representative workshops were well organized and held. The topics were “Collection and trace of waste cooking oils in Taiwan” (5/27/2016), “Collection and trace of waste oils in Taiwan” (6/24/2016), “Global management and control of waste tires” (8/30/2016); “Global definition of wastes and non-wastes” (9/30/2016), and “The discussion of technical criteria for waste transboundary movement of used electronics and E-wastes” (10/28/2016).
