To create quality environment enhancing life quality, the project assist on the matters regarding promoting “Friendly Environment Establishment for Urban and Rural Area” and the achievements are explained as follows.
1.The audit and counseling for 2018 “local government toilet construction/maintenance and environmental hygiene related construction subsidies”: complete green network registration audit and counseling of 19 promotional units and 19 on field audits, assisting local units on management and assessment of actual execution of subsidized constructions.
2.Review the construction project and design drawings of 2018 “local government toilet construction/maintenance and environmental hygiene related construction subsidies”: complete the construction drawings review of 19 subsidized units, total 10 review procedures are completed.
3.Assessment/counseling of public toilet and environmental hygiene improvement of local governments receiving subsidies in 2015 to 2017: complete subsequent maintenance and management audit for 10 subsidized promotional units.
4.Review public toilet remodeling and repair subsidy of 2019 “quality public toilet and beautiful environment promotional plan” :
(1) Manage 2 review meetings for 2019 public toilets, the planning selection review meeting was completed on August 16, total in 2 sessions and 18 promotional units are selected for the implementation of 2019 subsidy plan.
(2) Cooperate with the adjustment and management of review for construction planning and design drawing of 2018 “local government toilet construction/maintenance and environmental hygiene related construction subsidies”, total in 8 sessions completed from June 1 to August 23.
5.Organize 2018 local government seminar: 1 seminar was completed.
6.Compile “the counseling handbook of referential design and construction specification for public toilet maintenance, hardware and accessories”: the assistance on compilation of counseling handbook of “referential design and construction specification for public toilet maintenance, hardware and accessories” is completed and the assistance on e-book preparation is provided.
7.Summarize the promotional achievements of “local government toilet construction/maintenance and environmental hygiene related construction subsidies” in 2015 to 2018 and “public satisfaction of residences” survey, meanwhile the e-book is produced for the use of EPA.
8.Manage environmental hygiene assessment or audit works, total in 15 sessions.
