Regarding the issue to subsume blister lining and clamshell into regulated recyclables, it was recommended to follow the flat container management method, because the items mentioned were too easy manufacture to identity levy object. In addition, the project had assisted 35 cases of container responsibility interpretations and 2 material recycle code identificationst.
The project had collected and studied the information of foreign waste container management systems, including Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United States, and Japan.
