The higher ionic strength mobile phase could also delay particles releasing. Separation channel PES membrane delay the lighting scattering peaks and particles distribution compared with RC membrane. Compared with 1µm filter, 0.45µm filter condition show great separation, stable size variation and small average size. The main UV adsorption area is 13~15 mins. We collect three particles size fraction <10nm, 10~100nm and 100~450nm under RC membrane/ 0.45µm filter/ water mobile phase condition. The heavy metal analysis from ICP-MS show Danshuei Wetland, Gaoping River, Houjin River and Kinmen focus on 10~100nm;Zengwun Estuary Wetland, Beigang River and Erren River focus on 100~450nm. The organic compounds distribution from EGA spectrum show three temperature ranges:100~150℃, 170~400℃ and 500~650℃.
