The research method for this study involves accompanying relevant personnel from police agencies and the Environmental Protection Department as they conduct irregular roadside inspections of vehicle noise. Roadside inspection completed 53 games, a total of 538 vehicles for testing, testing after passing the case of 189, unqualified vehicles 284, abnormal traffic notice to check 65, failure rate of 60.0%. Notice to complete the completion of 19 screening, a total of 826 vehicles, 804 qualified vehicles, 22 unqualified vehicles, with a pass rate of 97.3% Putting an end to the trend of modifying vehicle exhaust pipes--with measures such as strengthening inspection, promoting awareness to the public and establishing a service line for noise control consultations--can effectively resolve the city's noise problem and greatly reduce the number of complaints. This study will assess the areas that are occupied by the city's land transportation system and provide solutions for places where people are potentially affected by noise through planning, consultations by experts, inspections, and presenting progress reports. In particular, this study will examine the Taoyuan Airport MRT, which recently began operating, and the Taipei Metro Circular Line, which is currently under construction. Both have become major sources of noise complaints. Measurement and analysis of the MRT airport line three, in addition to part of the period of Lingkou area exceeded the standard, the new village two are in line with the standard, and the three sections of the MRT line measurement results are part of the period exceeded.This study will conduct noise inspections of the MRT system that received complaints from the public in order to understand the situation and plan strategies to establish noise regulations for the city's metro system.
