Ten noise measurement spots around a factory were conducted and then proposed the draft of annual repair background noise monitoring plan and verification procedure. This study collected the domestic and foreign traffic noise and environmental noise standards and control or improvable measures, and proposed the draft of noise control and reduction measures.
