The statistics of test reports of new vehicle’s spot checks and quality control comply with the requirements of COP (Conformity of Production).As for the noise inspection of new vehicle type, this project assists EPA to formally announce the “motor vehicle noise testing methods of 6th Stage Regulations” on 14th September, 2016, since the “Sound Level Control Values of 5th Stage Regulations” will be in full operation from 1st January, 2017; furthermore, this project also established the GUI (graphical user interface) of noise inspection E-certification systems for vehicle approval granting applications of 5th stage and motorcycle approval granting applications of 6th stage in order to raise the noise examination efficiency and practice the policy of simplified noise examination process.As for the testing process of regulations, the work of regularly check is carried out for noise regulations testing process of each authorization institution through regulations checking code and the connection of real-time monitoring and transmission system, in order to ensure objectivity and impartiality of motor vehicle noise regulations testing process.Finally, for quick response to international regulations trends, this project continually paid close attention on the legislation progress of international motor vehicle noise regulations, and consult with EPA and automobile industries for the vehicle noise regulations of 6th stage.
